Covid-19 Protocols:
RMAA is currently taking this recent outbreak very seriously. Safety has always been our number one concern and though we are continuing to operate at this time, we are putting certain protocols in place to ensure the staff, community, and our pets stay healthy.
We are taking this day by day and will keep assessing the situation moving forward.
DOG CLINICS: For the moment we are discontinuing dog clinics. We will resume these once it is safe to do so.
CAT CAB CLINICS: If you are dropping off your cat with the cat cab, we ask that you please keep a distance between yourself and the other clients. The driver will be wearing gloves and disinfecting the handles of all cat carriers. If at all possible, please use hard carriers only! Soft carriers cannot be properly cleaned.
CONWAY CLINIC FOR CATS: If you are dropping off your cat at our clinic, we ask that you please enter the building one person at a time. We have a very small check in area and we do not want to put anybody at risk. We will be locking the door between check-ins, so please ring the doorbell and stand back from the door. A staff member will bring you in when the prior client has exited. All carriers will be disinfected upon entering and exiting the building. Staff will be wearing gloves at times. If at all possible, please use hard carriers only! Soft carriers cannot be properly cleaned.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are showing any signs of illness, please do not show up for your appointment or you will be turned away at the door! Call us to cancel and we can reschedule your appointment appropriately. ... See more
